I had a semi-emergency & called Highland Family Dental Care after my Mom recommended the practice, as I recently moved back to the area & was not established at a dentist office yet. The staff was accomodating, professional & upfront re: what my out-of-pocket costs would be. Dr. Shoeybi even took a moment to speak with me & after going to my initial exam, I know she has a busy schedule. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was greeted with a smile by Jeremy & Taylor. The atmosphere & check-in process was stress-free & all the staff were kind & knowledgeable. How nice it is to receive services from a business that truly cares & seems to love what they do!!! Dr. Shoeybi is truly a pleasure & I'm grateful to have her tending to my dental care 🦷🙏 And they have beautiful orchids in every window 🌸🏵️ Can't get more zen than Highland Family Dental Care ☮️ 😊

Excellent experience as a new patient with the staff and the doctor that was very involved in the whole process, not just quickly stopping by. Dr. Shoeybi was very professional and explained everything from the dental aspect. She verified coverage and discussed cost for all the services before doing anything. Highly recommended.

Today I was back in the office, and once again, I have to say the vibe here is truly unmatched. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, friendly staff and a beautifully clean, well-organized space. The floral arrangements at the front always bring such a pleasant, calming touch it feels less like a dental office and more like a place that genuinely cares about your comfort. I’ve had the privilege of having my teeth cleaned by both Kelly and Mu, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. They’re both incredibly professional, but they also bring such a kind, personal touch to their work. They explain everything thoroughly, are gentle in their approach, and take the time to make sure you feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I visited Highland Family Dental Care yesterday for my first assessment for implant insertion, and I can honestly say it was the best care I have ever received at a dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the entire team gave me a warm, welcoming, and caring experience that felt very personal and genuine. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Mana, Dr. Omar, Olga, Taylor, and Ellie for their professionalism, compassion, and heart-touching service throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped, and designed for patient comfort, which added to the overall positive experience.
